I did the metabolic typing diet and food allergies plus figured out if my adrenals were up to fighting and learned that the answer was negative so finally did DHEA and pregnenolone and progesterone sublingually to boost my adrenal function.

It took 1 1/2 years to win this battle.

Hello dwntwngrl2,

Assuming you're eating a good diet...you also need proteolytic
enzymes and an immune booster (perhaps A B mushrooms). You could add
rounds of Artemix/butyrate to this approach, also.
