You are suppose to just chew up the seeds but they do not taste good at all they are very bitter and the more bitter they are the better they are.. and if you want to stay healthy i believe you take like 7 a day like 1 per hour or so.. and if you are really bad off you take like 7 or more per hour.. but if you gonna do any type of diet also to get rid of cancer you have to eliminate allll sugars cancer feeds on sugar...broccoli and greens (not lettuce) are the best choices to eat till the cancer is all gone...all your green vegetables are the best.. and Fresh - not canned crap..
