I think iron supplements...are the problem.
I believe that getting it from natural food...
or the combination of b6 b12 and folic acid help produce iron.
There has been a lot said about b12 supplements...
but you have to see what works best for you.
I spoke to my ND about this today. He said that if you are low in iron,
you need iron. But if your iron levels are normal or high, do not
supplement with iron. If you are anemic from cancer treatment, then you
need iron.
