I am glad your tumor has not grown. That is where you can start. Everything you are doing is stopping the tumor in it's tracks. The road to recovery after my mastectomy has it's slow days. I have lots of energy in the morning.. I am good for about 4 hours. Then the heat zaps my energy level quickly. Keep a positive attitude. We will all Laugh together.
