I know that VCO can help candida but it is in my list of food
intolerances. When I take it I am in pain and bloated. In candida
group I was tod that it is healing reaction not allergic but I am
not sure. Sugar is firts in my list and I don`t think it is healing
to me for systemic candida. have itches in my mouth when I eat it.

I wonder if you and your relatives had any side effects with VCO or
other foods and supplements - antifungals? I can`t tolerate parsley,
oregano, Mustic gum, and many other recommended things.
