Hi Marti,

One of the women in the young surviver breast cancer group sells juice
plus. I think my ND does as well.

Anyway, this woman says it has helped her immensely. However, she did
not change her diet to incorporate living foods. So, this juice plus
stuff is a really big thing in her diet. She says it got rid of her IBS
and some other stuff.

Of course, I got rid of my IBS by changing my diet.

My belief is that if you are already eating a healthy diet, then things
like juice plus might not do any good. My ND hasn't tried to sell me
any, and I believe it is because he knows I already eat a vegetarian
living food diet.

But now I wonder if juice plus might not be a good thing for me to try
as I'm tired of eating so much lettuce. :) I'd like to slack off a
bit.
