heavy springs, which one can use to sit while "rebounding" .. We have
one, and it's great (if a bit expensive.. and no, we don't sell them..)
We first saw this at a Health Expo, great for getting the lymph system
moving.
A word about the lymph system - this is considered the one circulatory
system in the body which has no pump to keep its fluids flowing, and is
why we REQUIRE exercise of some kind to keep the lymph fluids moving.
The lymph system is often one of the first parts of the body to catch an
infection of some kind - that's when we have glands swollen, lymph nodes
swollen, etc..
Our bodies were designed to be active; modern "civilization" is itself a
cause of some of our ills - get out and exercise, or bounce or
rebound!! Personal opinions noted.
