One of the most important things we can do for those undergoing
treatment for cancer, is support their choices.
What you do is the opposite. Your response to the woman with the mother
who has stage 4 lung cancer was wrong on so many levels.
Cancer treatment is personal.
Your postings in this group are negative. Yes, negative. And as those
of us who are recovering from cancer need positive energy, you are
actually hurting us.
If I could figure out a way to filter your posts so I would not come in
contact with them, I would.
Your opinions are just opinions. You do not have the secret to dealing
with cancer - you only think you do. I hope you never get cancer, but
if you do, you may be very surprised to discover that everything you
thought you knew is wrong.
So, if I understand correctly, you don't have cancer. You've not had
any personal experiences with having cancer. You are a journalist - not
a scientist, or a medical researcher. But you feel the need to come in
to this group and spout angry and negative posts expounding on what you
feel is the way to deal with cancer. Anyone who has an opposing view is
wrong because only you are right. Did I get all that correct?
If you wish to SHARE your information, I would appreciate it if it was
done in a positive, supporting way.
