It just dawned on me and thought I'd ask the question here, maybe someone can throw some light on the subject... Vitamin B complex is supposed to be good for you, but it promotes growth for good bacteria (intestinal florae). If cancer is a fungus/bacteria, could vitamin B potentially contribute to it's growth? Thus making it bad?
