Much of the issue here is that the lymph system doesn't flow when any
part of our clothing is too tight - bring up the subject of how good
exercize and rebounders are for us. Underwire bras are probably no
worse than too tight of a bra, personal opinion here.. best not to have
to wear one, but I also know it's necessary, especially as we get older.
