I can tell you that I had six months worth of foot reflexology done and
it helped me immensely. Before the reflexology, I was unable to walk
across the room or lift my arms over my head. This was due to pain,
pain, and lots more pain. The reflexology alone fixed that. This was
years before I figured out that diet could help as well.

I have never had a cavity, so no fillings.
