Will do. This is my third day using it. I did 30 seconds on Day 1, two 1-minute segments yesterday (and I slept like a baby). Today, I did 1.5 minutes (and will do that again this evening) and I feel so light in my spirit! Energized too ... in a nutshell, I feel awesome only with this short a time.

The recommendation, for cancer, is to get up as close to 8 minutes a day as you can. I'm definitely excited by it!
