and extremely informative. As far as I can tell, this was your own
personal experience that you were relaying.
It isn't necessary for all of us here to preface our statements with
disclaimers or proof of where we get them. Isn't part of the bigger
battle with alternatives the attitudes that conventional medicine has
towards it and its need for 'proof'? Personal testimonials are
invaluable in a world where alternative medicine is not given the
opportunity to compete to the scientific standards that conventional
medicine demands.
We're all free to believe what we want to believe. At the same time we
are all free to share what we want to share that is relevant to this
board without continually being taken to task for our wording.
Those who don't believe in the concept or treatment being discussed
could ignore that message and let those for whom they are meaningful
get benefit from them. Wouldnt that be nice for a change.
I had my amalgams removed, but not my root canal. I had some testing
done on all my teeth and the root canal apparently is not causing me
any problems at this time so I left it. I was pretty relieved about
that as the thought of getting it undone was a bit alarming. It is
something I will continue to monitor.
The idea of the teeth being related to other organs is not a new one
and is a widely held belief in some circles. It is well known that the
health of the mouth can be a good indicator of the health of the rest
of the body. A good dentist can find some diseases earlier than
another health practitioner can.
For anyone who is interested in the difference between amalgam and
composite here is a FAQ page on it. Interesting. Some are saying they
want to keep the amalgam because they'd be afraid to lose the tooth if
they took it out but apparently the composites help the teeth to stay
stronger and prevent breakage better if put in properly.

cheers to all. KC

Believe it or not, for many, having their dental work cleaned up does the trick. And no, I would never point anyone to go have all their teeth or fillings ripped out....And, "cutting out ligaments" is very basic dentistry. Unfortunately, many dentists do not remove it and clean down to the bone to create fresh blood flow.
