If the beta glucan is not micronized it is almost totally useless to the human body. The molecules are to big and must be reduced for the body to absorb them. Go to the site nsc24.com and read what Frank Jordan says as he invented the process. Call the number on the website and get a free sample. This is the only beta glucan that I've noticed a positive result. Most studies on beta glucan use this form.
