Geez, i am just giving my input to whatever osurces/things I know of..I should just stop trying to help...
I know, I know, I know...about Budwig purists, and Henderson ..I just mentioned him, as another source to look into.DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE
I didnt say cancertutor was THE SOURCE..Just gives a lot of info ..then i resaerched the sites he mentioned such as budwig, rath, etc.
Maybe you should email him about his credenitals, if you are skeptical abiout what he says, to see if he fits your criteria of being reliable..
i know the Budwig yahoo group, flaxseedoil2, has many success stories

Cancertutor is LACED with inconsistencies. E.g., they say Bugwig is
topnotch, but then say to add gobs of CoQ10 to Budwig, which is
decidedly anti-Budwig. They also say Bill Henderson's protocol is
better than Budwig (Budwig for stage 3, Henderson for stage 4), but
Henderson's protocol also calls for tons of antioxidants......
