[cancercured] Rank amateur question -- what is a pancreatic enzyme? (And what is not?)

So what IS a pancreatic enzyme? I just read that papaya and pineapples
contain "pancreatic enzymes". They don't look like a pancreas to me.

Is bromelain a pancreatic enzyme?

Should we be eating "Adolph's Meat Tenderizer"?

And what is pancreatin? Is that some sort of glandular extract from
dead cows or something?

I understand the basic theory behind pancreatic enzymes -- they are
supposed to strip the protein shell off of cancer cells, exposing them
to attack by the immune system. I'm just not sure where to get them or
what they are.
