You must read Book I and the study guide first before doing the orange
juice fast.
If you have some excess weight, it will be easy to do an orange juice
fast. If you are already slim, you may need to drink some nutritious
smoothies too. The secret to not being so hungry is to eat plant fats,
liquified like Barefoot's preference is Lecithin.
I currently have a man with tongue cancer and I'm playing "tour guide"
for him. This is not my business, I just did this as charity. We are
preparing him for orange juice fasting too. First we did 10 day colon
cleansing, continuous parasite cleansing, then kidney cleansing, then
liver flushing, then virgin coconut oil detoxing. He is housed in a
hotel on top of the mountains for clean fresh mountain air, he has a
trampoline, his diet is all juiced, blendered because he cannot chew
food. He is on 100% raw diet. The highest vitamin C fruits such as
organic guava and papayas and more. Coupled with fats like extra virgin
olive oil, coconut milk, raw fertilized egg yolks. Maybe after his vco
detox this week we will build him up for a 3 day orange juice fast so he
will know what to expect. Then a vco detox again, then move on to a 40
day orange juice fast.
