Not everything is as it seems. If you are going to eat raw meat that
has been dead for many days or weeks and has been in the freezer for
quite some time, that meat is as your studies say they are.
The raw meat that I buy and feed my family is probably different from
yours. We don't have mad cow disease in the Philippines because we feed
our cows and goats their natural diet, grass, and they are free to roam
the hills for their natural food.
When raw paleolithic dieters, the french and their steak tar tar, or the
japanese or the eskimos, or coastal filipinos eat their meat, it is
always FRESH.
The beautiful model, Carol Alt, is a raw foodist and she eats fruits,
vegetables, raw fish and raw meat. See her website www.rawnutrition.com
. Carol even wrote a book, the Raw 50. See a Fox News interview

For example organic beef, slaughtered at 11pm, eaten by seared 3 seconds
per side is raw inside. Or you use lemon or vinegar to "cook" your meat
or fish for a few minutes.
The Japanese as a nation eat raw fish regularly, they have stringent
requirements, blast frozen fresh, transported imported the same day or
the next day and on their plate in the big city immediately, that is 127
million people eating raw fish every day.
The Eskimos? Here is respected scientist Vilhjalmur Stefansson living with the eskimos for 11 years and eating a lot more raw meat and thriving in it. http://www.biblelife.org/stefansson1.htm
Coastal filipinos eat raw fish, raw sea urchin, raw oysters, raw
shrimps, because they live there right by the sea where it is clean and
fresh. I blog about raw and freshness
You can investigate yourself and join the raw paleolithic dieters who on
a regular basis cure many diseases just like raw vegans. Join

CURED people there.
I am of the opinion that cooked meat is far more degenerative and harder
to digest. I am of the opinion that daily consumption of cooked meat is
one of the ROOT causes of cancer. Raw meat or raw fish or raw eggs on
the other hand are a far different classification of beneficial food.
I certainly hope the cultural exposure we all get here on the internet
is informative and enlightening. Cancer is a serious disease. I'm just
here to open up minds and help a couple of people get well. You are
right to question everything.
