As to Budwig...well, I don't know. I've been lurking in the group for
months and still can't make up my mind. Personally, I feel the diet is
too strict for me to be able to stick with. Also, I hate cottage
cheese. :)
My other concern is that flax seeds are phytoestrogens. So, for my
estrogen driven cancer, are they a good thing? I just don't know.
