[cancercured] PET scan toxicity?

I am supposed to have a PET scan done the end of January. My cancer is in
remission, and my blood test results have all been good. This would mark the
one year anniversary of remission.

I am nervous about having another PET scan done. Does anyone know how
harmful they are? I don't know if I should get this done, just as a reassurance the
cancer is really gone, since this is the first year.
