follow up on the story and locate ANY of the people the story claimed
existed, but no researchers could find a single person the article
claimed existed. Despite this, it swarmed over the internet for
several months. Bill Henderson reported it in his newsletter. That
Italian fungus doctor apparently endorsed it for awhile.
Now there are serious doubts. Cancertutor considers it completely
bogus. Several others consider it bogus. I guess it couldn't hurt to
try it, except for the relatively minor intake of the very sugary
maple syrup.
