Here's a post I had saved. I also think I remember reading a post
somewhere that using high doses of Niacin (beware of the flushing) had
a good effect on numbness in someone's feet. I think he had to slowly
increase doses over time, starting with a small dose and working up.

The Dana Farber protocol for peripheral neuropathy involves
Vitamins B1, B6, B12, E, alpha lipoic acid and fish oil,
among other things. My husband takes these, and so far (six months)
he has not developed PN. (By 12 months on Thalidomide nearly
100% of people develop PN, I've read.) Some people on a myeloma list
claim
that the vitamin protocol can help reverse PN, but I don't
know if that is a valid statement or not. However, it may not hurt
to try.
