I was not able to take Threelak very long (Just a few weeks) because of
the price, but when I was taking it, the recommended dosage of 5 packs a day it really seemed to help. The saliva test went from 30 sec. to over a minute during that time, but this could have been because of the
combination of the threelack, raw diet, and DMSO.
