fruit. There are some that do have adverse reactions to it. I worked
into it because I was allergic to many fruits and never really liked
them. Now I enjoy a wonderful fruit smoothie with spinach every morning
without trouble. But I rarely eat fruit later in the day except for a
light snack once in awhile.
