Who knows if it affects the fruit and other food? "They" make all the
decisions for us. We are too stupid to be able to judge for ourselves
how we want our food processed. We must be protected from ourselves or
we could do ourselves serious harm. "They" know what's best.
Of course I am joking. I know there have been victories scored by the
public when they have opposed strongly enough things the beaurocrats
have done. One instance I remember was in New Jersey. The NJ State
Health Department decreed that no "sunny-side up" or "easy over" eggs
were to be served anymore because of the risk of salmonella infection.
The public raised such an outcry that the NJ Health Department
rescinded its decision.
Meanwhile, Big Pharma and Big Hospitals go on maiming and killing
100,000 or more people yearly.
I wonder how many deaths there have been over the years from
salmonella. I am CERTAIN the number is nothing at all compared to how
many deaths have occured at the hands of Big Pharma and Big Hospitals.
