practitioner is close and there is no history of other circulation problems, you can have a
good affect by starting to gently (no deep pressure is needed) massage in the upper thigh
area and then work your way down the leg but with stroaks moving upwards on the leg until
you get down to the foot. Then work back up to the top of the leg. Even very "feather light"
touch can have a big impact. So be gentle and always stop if there is any pain.
