I guess you must have missed the first part of this post. I said if
one eats soy, that you should put lemon juice or vinegar, etc. on
soy, which in effect makes it fermented. Even then, it is harder to
digest than something like mung beans and Basmati rice but easier to
digest than meat or cheese.
