You can order labs directly with directlab.com. They
are relatively reasonable. They have all of the labs
you are asking about except the iodine loading test,
unless it may be called something else. You order from
them and they send you to a local lab to have your
blood drawn. they will send yo the results and I
believe they also interpret the results. I have had
nothing but great experiences with them. Hope this
