Elliot,
I have found that the quality of melatonin is very
important. I have taken inferior products that have
produced no effect. You could be experiencing the
same thing.

I agree and do all these things, but even so, it does
not have any effect on my ability to fall asleep or my
melatonin levels. Sometimes supplementation is
necessary and is effective.
