Re: [cancercured] Re: I am new & have BC & HL -Genetics

As for dieting, I would suspect the grains and the legumes like soya and
beans (see www.deflame.com) and the plants that are looked upon as
vegetables but are really poisonous to many people's health:
nightshades: tomatoes,potatoes, bell peppers, eggplants.

Many vegans are eating poisonous vegetables. Somehow they have trained
their taste buds to ignore the awful taste of many vegetables. If it
tastes awful, it's not food.

I subscribe to the raw paleolithic diet theory. fruits + animals is the
natural diet of humans. (proportion varies where you live). When you
eat animal foods, you need to eat them with fat and more fat than the
lean portions. There is an optimal ratio. See homo optimus diet: 1
part lean, 2.5 to 3.5 parts fat.

As to the other causes of cancer, perfect diet is no assurance, but it
helps.

There is external pollution avoidance, nurturing and detoxing that are
all needed to be done still to prevent cancer.
