[cancercured] Re: strenuous exercise and killer cells (for Elliot)

Greetings, Kasturbai!

If your mother is 70 and is suffering from kidney failure, etc., then
I think just bouncing gently on a rebounder, with her feet not even
leaving the surface of the mat, would be best for her. That will pump
her lymph system very nicely indeed, and can only be beneficial.

With regard to exercising to the point of exhaustion, I think that is
only for younger people who want to increase their strength, stamina
and endurance. And regularly exercising to the point of exhaustion---
real exhaustion---can, I believe, be dangerous in that the immune
system may be over-taxed trying to repair tissue damage incurred from
the exercise, and so may not effectively destroy incipient tumors, or
perhaps cancer might occur due to inflamation from all that
continuous, exhausting exercise.

What I was talking about when I used the term "strenuous exercise"
was not exercising to the point of exhaustion. I was, rather, meaning
that one does some exercise for only about at minute, that incurs an
oxygen debt/causes one to have to pant to catch one's breath. I
apologize if I gave the impression that anyone with cancer should
exercise till they exhaust themselves. I expect that could be counter-
productive.

By the way, I do not know what is available in Spain, but if you do
decide to get your mother a rebounder, be sure to get a SOFT BOUNCE
type, NOT a cheap one from a department store. If you need assistance
finding one, please email me privately.

Best wishes and best of health,

Elliot
