Basic Budwig diet plus:
For immune boosting:
beta glucan (2 grams a day)
IP6 (6 grams, with some inositol)
DMG (250 mg a day)
Probiotics and digestive enzymes
LDN (4.5 mg at bedtime)
General:
Vitamin A and carotenes through juicing and/or greens drinks
Vitamin D through sunlight or 5,000 units via suppplements on cloudy
days or in winter
Basic B supplement -- maybe 50 mg of each B vitamin
Some omega 3 fish oil pills ??? (Not sure if needed)
Herbs:
Essaic tea
Milk thistle
Green tea
Ginseng?
Barley powder pills?
For oxygenation:
CoQ10 -- 300 mg a day (???)
flaxseed oil and CC from Budwig
For Glutathione production and mitochondria health:
Selenium -- 100 mg a day or eat brazil nuts
Zinc -- 50 mg. / day
Vitamin C -- 1 gram (not too much so it won't interfere with Omega 3s
Vitamin E - 400 IU, but no more!
Alpha lipoic acid -- 300 mg / day.
SAMe -- 400 to 800 mg a day
Whey powder: 1 - 3 scoops
Holy moly -- that's a lot of stuff...
