Hi,
Indole 3 carbinol is not an estrogen inhibitor. It does promote the enzyme responsible for converting 16-hydroxyesterone (cancer-causing) to 2-hydroxi-esterone (less malign). If one prefers to get the I3C (or DIM) from cruciferous, make sure you steam them lightly (do not overcook and do not eat raw)
