Yes.

All else being equal, it's best to avoid iron (except perhaps if one's
taking artemisinin), but apparently raw (calf) liver juice is
powerfully cancer-healing in spite of it's iron content. That's all I
know.
Also, my understanding is that, overall, organic liver (glandular) is
also quite beneficial for cancer patients.
