Well hey Elliot, long time no speak to. Just have to warn you though I am only active in the group until Tues then I am off into the interior of Brazil to continue with the building of my sanctuary and retreat center for radical cure.

The magnesium part is easy. I only recommend for oral use the Ancient Minerals magnesium. Its 250 million years old (underground sea) and so pure I even dilute it and make eye drops out of it. I have also put it in a nebulizer and of course as you can guess I have a protocol for nebulizers for lung cancer patients like I have for the oral cavity from the essay you read.

The iodine I use is called Nascent Iodine because its in the atomic form and is fantastic for oral usage. I have only used it a few times as a mouth wash. You can try the lugols though as well and that formula is good for painting the skin though both can be used. The Nascent you can get from the Magnetic Clay company as well. The Lugols perhaps in a local pharamcy or online. It is less expensive. No body who sells magnesium chloride is going to say you can use it for oral use unless its pharmaceutically made and that stuff I stay away from. There are other products out there but you would have to look around and take a good look at the heavy metal profiles.

Hi, Mark.
I read an interesting piece you wrote the other day about various
products---iodine, magnesium, sodium bicarbonate, etc---that help
protect and even rebuild teeth and gums.
But you did not specifically identify which iodine and magnesium
products to use. Could you kindly review that literature and let us
