Anyone seriously interested in taking supplements to become more
healthy is painfully aware of how much the yearly bill can be. That
is why I try to simplify and to cut costs as much as possible.
There is indeed much good literature about the benefits of spirulina,
as well as chlorella and alfalfa.
Note: I am talking about alfalfa tablets from adult alfalfa, not
alfalfa sprouts, which are known to be unhealthful.
