[cancercured] Question about necrosis

Hi all,,
I'm trying to find out some information about what is happening
with necrosis in a tumor. The nutritionist is excited and happy that
there is evidence that there is necrosis and is saying that my immune
system is attacking the tumor. But today I heard someone say that the
necrosis is evidence that the cancer is "eating" the healthy tissue. I
am interested in finding out if there is studies on this and what is
the truth.. Do cancer cells "eat" healthy tissue? Does the immune
system cause the necrosis? Thanks Ned
