outside regardless of the weather will help you. Also, sunshine
is great because it is uplifting to see the sun dance around all
over the body. Make a commitment and stick to it. Say, I am going out
today no matter what, and do it! Find something to get excited about,
like today my goal was to see green, and I found some gentle little
plants poking up from the snow. Go out and get your Vitamin D!
