half ago, I had problems with my lymphatic system.
My arm, and the nodes under my left arm swelled and
became very painful. I tried dry brushing, jumping,
etc.
Finally saw a holistic health practitioner who gave me
some lymph tonic. It worked for a while and then just
stopped. I also used some other herbs that helped for
awhile. Nothing really seem to last and I knew I was
in trouble.
My arm continued to swell, and I could feel pain begin
to surface in other parts of my body.
About six months ago I began taking 6 to 12 apricot
seeds a day. They're horrible tasting, no doubt, but I
can't believe the difference. My arm is no longer
swollen and the lymph nodes under my arm seem very
normal. They are helping me immensely.
The only problem I've encountered is when I try to
increase the dosage. I break out in tiny little
pimples on my face. I'm assuming it's my body trying
to rid itself of toxins.
Take care,
Margie
