Great to hear that Melissa. I also had a nice experience speaking with Gene. He is quite friendly......even if you aren't buying a machine. I used my friend's VIBE (daily for 3 approx. 3 months)and called Gene and he answered my questions EVEN though I was obviously not buying (which he was aware of). That in itself says alot (IMHO).

Did you see the interview with Schwatzenegar (sp??) on VIBE?
