[cancercured] Free fluid in pelvis ... anyone?

Hey, I just got my hands on that MRI report ... everything was normal, but there was one thing that concerned me a tad. In the pelvic organs portion, they did say
"There is a small amount of free fluid within the pelvis." That was not mentioned again in the conclusion, which I guess is good.

But, upon researching free fluid in pelvis, all I could find is reference to it being associated with ovarian cysts, trauma to pelvis, pregnancy, or cancer.

Is a small amount of free fluid normal ... does anyone know about this?
