I guess you missed my message that I sent earlier. my question is
why do you have to use just c. cheese or quark on the Budwig
protocol? Why can't you use yogurt or ricotta cheese or other dairy
products. Why exclude the whey? Drained yogurt or regular yogurt.
Why is there a difference in this? I really do not understand.
Maybe you can help.
