Actually I responded to what Leea had written - I butted in on
answering - so I wasn't the one who indicated the direct killing of
cancer cells. There is a ripple effect with the way enzymes work. She
is right that they are involved in the process that breaks down the
fibrin (glue) coating that surrounds each cancer cell. This coating is
what allows the cancer cells to continue to multiply and be protected
from the immune system attacking it. Once this coating is broken down,
and enzymes contribute to this breaking down, the immune system can do
its job and kill/remove the cancer cell from the body. Of course the
pancreas/liver/etc have to be strong enough to be able to break the
enzymes down in order for this to happen.
What is known in cancer patients is that they have thick blood, which
is why many times even though cancer markers and bloodwork look good,
there still may be an issue of the thick blood and fibrous coating
around cells going undetected. This process needs to be stopped. It
might be good to have things like bleeding time and platelet
aggregation tested to make sure the blood is nice and thin which can
stop the process of "clumping" and protection of cancer cells dead in
their tracks.
I think sometimes the supplements and diet one follows takes care of
the thick blood issue as well?
