[cancercured] Re: Reducing Electromagnetic Frequency Exposure May Improve Your Health

Hi, Robert.

That is at least not as extreme as some things I have read about
Electromagnetic pollution. Some of the recommendations are "doable"
for me, some are not. My approach has been to live the healthiest
life I can, and not to obsess about electromagnetic pollution hurting
or killing me. I think worrying too much about electromagnetic
pollution can perhaps be more harmful than the exposure itself.

Fresh air, sunshine, lots of pure water, plenty of organically grown
vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans, oils, regular moderate
exercise, low stress, good sleep in as dark a room as possible...

Those are my basics. I do not hold the cell phone close to my head
when I use it. I put it on "speaker." I have flat screen monitors. I
do things here and there to reduce exposure, but I am not going to
get too involved with trying to avoid electromagnetic pollution. It's
everywhere.

Best of health,

Elliot
