[cancercured] Re: Need Input--Ice cream

Chuck

Elliot is right about this. As for drinking cold water, that is the
best thing. It is better to drink cold water than to get
dehydrated. Cold water slows down digestion and the body has to warm
it before it is fully digested. In winter time especially puts a
strain on the kidneys since the kidneys are affected quite a bit by
cold things. When putting cold water or ice cream in stomach, it
slows down the body. Just notice how well your exposed fingers work
when it is O degrees F outside. Same thing with the stomach.
