Hi, I think that the two are not necessarily comparable, meaning that
they have different methods of action.
As I undersatnd it, pau d'arco is more of an immune stimulant and
graviola is more of an ATP inhibitor. Maybe someone could provide
correction if I'm wrong.
Graviola would be more comparable to pawpaw. Pawpaw is supposed to be
the more potent one of the two. I hope this helps. KC
