[cancercured] Re: Vitamin B17 sources?

Hmmm, I wonder if you had some bad kernels? I am normally the first
person to be sensitive to any bitter-tasting foods, but I can handle
apricot pits. They are a lot like almonds, only stronger, and, yes,
rather bitter. However, I usually chop them and add them to
something, because it's rather boring to try to eat many of them
plain.

Another recommendation that I've read about the amount that is safe
(other than 2 pits per 10 pounds of body weight per day) is to not
consume any more than you would if you were reasonably hungry and sat
down to a meal of fresh apricots.

I've slacked off to only about 8 or 10 a day, and my HCG test numbers
are slowly lowering at much the same rate as when I was consuming my
maximum each day, so I'm not so sure of how much good the kernels are
doing.
