[cancercured] Re: What's the deal? MRI with contrast - putting you more at risk?

Deb -
From what little I understand about this contrast, the concern is with
the gadolinium injection. My docs look at my liver numbers before and
after getting this kind of MRI. I've not had problems with it at all,
but I use high doses of green drinks and sauna to help pull it out as
soon as possible. One doc told me it can take a week or so to leave
the body, but that's in a healthy body. So, I treat as I do any other
heavy metal in the body.

I always check the liver numbers though. A very dear man I know had an
unknown pre-existing liver condition, had this injection, and died
within days because of it. He's apparently not the only one this has
happened to, thus the lawsuits.
