I certainly recommend Budwig as well. However, I would like to point
out that Dr. Budwig was not a medical doctor. She was a research
chemist who specialized in the study of fats & how the body made use
of them. I recall reading that she attended medical school for a
year. When she realized that her approaches were not going to be
embraced, she left to practice on her own. Budwig was nominated
multiple times for the Nobel Prize in Medicine but never won.
