[cancercured] RAW _ EDWIN

Personally, I am not into raw foods. I follow more of an Ayurvedic
approach. I can appreciate some mono diets. However, eating raw
eggs, fish, or meat as a mono diet is asking for trouble. They have
complex proteins. They are hard to digest cooked and harder to
digest raw. Many if not all veggies have digestive enzymes. If one
eats meat, then at least eat veggies and lots of them with the
meat. Meat is acidic to start with and veggies can also alkalinize
the body. Plus you can get pathogens from meat. At least eat meat
with onions and garlic to help kill the pathogens.

If you leave out different kinds of foods at room temp. Meat and
milk will go bad faster than any of them. The same thing happens in
the digestive tract. They can putrify faster than any other foods.
however, many "good" bacteria in the digestive tract thrive on the
lactose from dairy products. If one does eat meat, do not make a
mono diet of it. You can do a mono diet of many fruits or veggies
for cleansing purposes though. A good mono diet is kitcheree. It
has everything one needs.
